Also, Phil was unemployed for a bit, even with 2 masters degrees (see link below). I wonder if he would be for or against the extension of unemployment insurance, given his party's stance. I trust he would follow Arnold's model, as his own cost/benefit analysis -as well as those affected in Ohio (which has one of the highest rates in the country of over 10%)- would lean toward extending it.
